ABO & RhD reagents are vialled reagents, available in 5 x 10mL packs and bulk quantities of 250 x 10mL.

For the blood bank, the quality of an Anti-Human Globulin reagent is critical in detection and identification of antibodies. Immulab provides an extensive offering of AHG reagents from basic to complex with a choice of package sizes with characteristic green reagent dye to improve process controls in your laboratory.

Immulab's range of high quality phenotyping reagents are validated for use across various platforms, including manual methods and Column Agglutination Technology (CAT) systems.  Immulab's monoclonal phenotyping reagents are prepared from murine monoclonal IgM and/or IgG antibodies to provide rapid, clear and crisp reactions. Immulab's polyclonal reagents are manufactured from human sera containing specific antibodies and are used to phenotype red blood cells using indirect techniques. Immulab's phenotyping reagents are formulated to be high potency and free of contaminating antibodies. Each reagent has been optimised for use without further dilution or additions.

Immulab offers a full range of 0.8% and 3% Reagent Red Blood Cells (RRBCs) used for screening, confirmation and identification of antibodies in Column Agglutination Technology (CAT) systems and manual methods. The performance and reliability of our local Australian produced RRBCs is unmatched, and utilisation of fresh, high quality raw materials continues to be Immulab’s focus. Our unique RRBCs are validated for use across common CAT platforms and are the RRBCs of choice throughout Australian laboratories.

Immulab manufacture a range of additives for enhancing antibody detection. These include red cell preservatives, papain and low ionic strength solutions. Our supplementary reagents are specifically formulated for use with our RRBCs, patient and donor red blood cells. They have been validated by Immulab for a variety of test methods, including tube, tile, microplate and CAT techniques.
